About Fin and Feather
About Fin and Feather and Joe Rigolino
I have been a taxidermist since 1993. My philosophy is that the average hunter and fisherman or
woman deserves the opportunity to have first-class work done at a reasonable price. Because of this
philosophy, I do not take on a large amount of work, believing that each mount deserves my individual
attention and time.
For several years, I have been volunteering my services to the Mohonk Preserve, a 6,500 acre
natural treasure located along the Shawangunk Ridge. ( Please see the link to the Mohonk Preserve
on the first page.)
You are welcome to visit my studio in Highland, New York by appointment. I am always happy to
spend time talking about my work, but just as importantly, discussing your plans for your trophy!

Here I am meeting the renowned fly-tyer Paul
Jorgensen at the Brotherhood of the Jungle Cock
fly fishing camp for young people and their
parents. He has since passed away. (Note: This
is not an endorsement by Mr. Jorgensen of Fin
and Feather - - I was just thrilled to meet him and
love the photograph!)
